4.1 Payment Methods: We accept wire transfers, ACH payments, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon during account setup.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your wholesale account agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due prior to shipment.
4.3 Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of your account or cancellation of pending orders.
5.1 Shipping: We ship from our facility in Eatontown, New Jersey. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
5.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.2 Returns: All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returns of non-defective products are subject to prior approval and may be subject to restocking fees.
6.3 Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 48 hours.
